Haas/Hartung Memorial Music Scholarship

This scholarship will not be awarded in 2012

The Haas/Hartung Memorial Music Scholarship is available to graduating seniors of Sheboygan North and South High Schools who intend to continue their education in the field of music. Students must attend North or South High School on a full time basis in order to be considered. The Sheboygan Public Education Foundation administers this project on behalf of the Haas family. The criteria for this scholarship has been established by the Haas family. In 2010, a scholarship of $2,000 was awarded.  

Criteria:
1) Member of the graduating class of Sheboygan North or Sheboygan South High School.
2) Must attend Sheboygan North or Sheboygan South High School on a full time basis.
3) Must attend an accredited 4 year college or university on a full time basis that offers majors in music careers
4) Must intend to major in music education, music performance, music therapy, music composition or music business.
5) Must be ranked in the upper 50% of their graduating class
6) Must have been actively involved in the musical performance groups of their respective high school all 4 years
7)Must have been actively involved in co-curricular activities in their school and community
